208/201 Plan Amendment Process and Amendments

208/201 Amendment Process

The 208 Plan is a working document, always changing to meet the needs of our community and environment. Qualified entities wishing to amend the 208 Plan must follow Eastgate's 208 Plan Amendment Process. This process was created by Eastgate, wastewater representatives from Mahoning and Trumbull Counties, and the Ohio EPA and adopted by Eastgate’s General Policy Board in 2004.

208/201 Plan Amendments

Amendments to the 208 WQMP, since the adoption of the region's FPA's in 2001, are listed below. The GPB Resolution provides a summary of the amendment and the proposed change supplies a visual of the amendment. These amendments update the FPA's that were adopted in 2001. The updated 201 FPAs and/or wastewater prescriptions approved by the following amendments are represented in the maps found in the Facility Planning Areas and Wastewater Prescriptions for Mahoning and Trumbull Counties.
