Eastgate and the Mayors of the Mahoning River invite you to see the progress made firsthand, and to visualize the future as we reclaim the Mahoning River! Eastgate and the river communities are proud of the progress made to revitalize the Mahoning River, and look forward to continuing the work.

There will be three components to the celebration: 

- An 11:00 a.m. Reception in Struthers, at the Struthers Community River Launch

- 12:00 p.m. Kayak launch at from Struthers to Lowellville's Riverfront Park

- 3:00 p.m.Lunch at the Lowellville Riverfront Park

Those interested can attend all three, or just one of the options. When RSVPing, we ask that you do so for each individual component so we may collect an accurate count for food, refreshments and kayaks that will be needed. Please RSVP by Friday, 8/26.
