Wednesday, April 13, Eastgate was visited by BroadbandOhio Chief Peter Voderberg for a conversation on the potential future of broadband development, and broadband equity in the Eastgate region. The Lake to River Regional Backbone Fiber Expansion was among the potential projects discussed.
After the meeting, Eastgate's Broadband Coordinator Steve Kristan took Voderberg on a tour of Oak Hill Collaborative, a Youngstown-based organization dedicated to bridging the digital divide.
