At Eastgate's September General Policy Board meeting, Environmental Program Manager Stephanie Dyer shared a presentation on the progress of the dam removals along the Mahoning River. The presentation highlights a creative use of available funds to pay for the dam removal, and shows the next steps being taken. The next dam to start work will be the Summit Street Dam in the City of Warren, expected to begin in 2023.
