Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and the Governor’s Office of Appalachia (GOA) today announced the launch of the Appalachian Community Grant Program (ACGP) to fund sustainable, transformative change in the 32-county Appalachian region.
Program guidelines, scoring rubric, and applicant resources are now available at development.ohio.gov/appalachiancommunitygrant. The Round 1 Application Period will open November 2, with applications due December 9. Round 1 Awards will be announced in early 2023.

- Webinar: The Governor’s Office of Appalachia has scheduled a webinar to review the guidelines and answer questions on Tuesday, October 25, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Registration is available HERE. - GOA-Eastgate Information Session: Tuesday, November 1, 2022; 11 AM to 1 PM – Held at Eastern Gateway Community College Youngstown Campus. Seating space is limited to 100. There will also be an option for virtual attendance via Zoom.
