The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) announced funding opportunities for Private Non-Profit, Public Body, and Private For-Profit agencies to apply for SFY2025 funding under the Federal Transit Administration 49 USC Section 5310 Program “Enhanced Mobility for Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Formula Grant Program” for Mahoning and Trumbull Counties.
A Letter of Intent is required by ODOT for eligibility to formally apply for this grant program. ODOT has extended the Letter of Intent until May 9, 2023. The letter of Intent is accessible HERE.

The Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan for Mahoning and Trumbull Counties (2021) contains the coordination plan priorities and implementation strategies to address the transportation needs and gaps in our urban area for the FTA Section 5310 Program. Projects should address the coordination plan’s priorities and strategies.
