The Clean Ohio Greenspace Conservation Fund Program is in it's 18th program year! Over $2 million is available for projects this fiscal year. Applications will be accepted online through the Ohio Public Works Commission’s WorksWise portal until 3pm on Friday, September 20th, 2023. The District Six Liaison, Stephanie Dyer, is available to provide guidance to new and established applicants.
This fund was established in 2000 to provide funding for local communities and nonprofits monetary assistance to preserve open space, protect sensitive ecosystems, expand local park footprints, and restore streams through a local process.
