The newly released 2023 Appalachian Ohio Return on Investment (ROI) Report is now available. The report highlights the accomplishments of the Ohio Appalachian program as a combined effort from each of the four Local Development Districts. The program is funded by the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) and the Ohio Governor’s Office of Appalachia (GOA) to provide matching grant dollars to fill a gap for eligible applicants in support of projects that meet federal and state program goals. These projects are administered by Ohio’s four Local Development Districts (LDD). The LDDs are: Buckeye Hills Regional Council, Ohio Mid-Eastern Governments Association (OMEGA) , Ohio Valley Region Development Commission (OVRDC), and Eastgate Regional Council of Governments (Eastgate).
