Ashtabula County, Ohio is requesting sealed proposals for Broadband Services in Ashtabula County, Ohio (County) for broadband service from Internet Service Providers (ISP) to deliver broadband service in an unserved/underserved region of the County.
Said proposals are to be sent to the Ashtabula County Board of Commissioners, Attn: Lisa Hawkins, Clerk of the Board, 25 W. Jefferson St., Jefferson, OH 44047 no later than 2:00 p.m. on February 12, 2025.
The purpose of the RFP is to seek innovative or traditional broadband solutions from one or more applicants proposing one or multiple solutions over all or portions of the County. From these RFP responses, the County will select the most advantageous Applicant(s) to finalize project details by creation and execution of a contract with the County.
