At the end of 2024, the Ohio General Assembly passed House Bill 315, which was signed into law by Gov. DeWine and goes into effect on April 3rd.
HB315 included a provision to appropriate $1.5 million to the Department of Development for grants to municipalities and townships seeking to modernize regulations and processes tied to zoning efforts.
