Ohio Smart Mobility Summit Moved to July 2021

Apr 09, 2020

The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), DriveOhio, the Eastgate Regional Council of Governments, and the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber have postponed the 2020 Ohio Smart Mobility Summit in the interest of public health during the COVID-19 outbreak. The event has been moved to the summer of 2021.

The 2021 Ohio Smart Mobility Summit will take place July 15th and 16th at the Covelli Centre in Youngstown, Ohio and will feature live demos, vendor exhibits, and guest speakers focused on automated and connected smart mobility solutions on the ground and in the air.

“We’re fortunate to have a great leader like Governor Mike DeWine, who continues to put the health and safety of Ohioans first. Though it’s now farther out than anticipated, this summit will be a great opportunity for local communities, government, industry, and research institutions to discuss collaborative initiatives around automated, connected, electric, and shared technologies in Ohio,” said Patrick Smith, interim executive director of DriveOhio.
