New WRTA Express Route to serve North Jackson and future Lordstown TJX Facility

Effective August 31, the Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA) will implement Route Number 80 - Lordstown Express service to PurFoods’ Mom’s Meals facility on the corner of Mahoning Avenue and Bailey Road in North Jackson.

To accommodate shift workers at the facility the direct express service will leave Federal Station at 6:10 a.m. and arriving at the facility at 6:45 a.m. The bus will leave the facility at 7:05 a.m. and return back to Federal Station at 7:40 a.m.

The afternoon run leaves Federal Station at 2:10 p.m., arriving at the facility at 2:45 p.m. Employees whose shifts end at 3 p.m. can then catch the bus at 3:10 p.m. and return to Federal Station at 3:40 p.m.

The 80 - Lordstown express will run Monday through Friday, and eventually the route will be adapted to serve the TJX distribution facility in Lordstown when it begins operations. For further information visit www.wrtaonline.com
